☞ Quiet stays only! No loud noise or activities after the quiet hours 9:00 pm is accepted in or outside the house. Any party or event is prohibited!
☞ All cars must be parked into the driveway or the garage. Parking on the street is not allowed, either by the staying guest or any invited visitor.
For violation or neighbor complaint received, the Police would be called for immediate eviction and also an administrative fee of $1000 may apply.
