The hotel is great for its location and price point. The check in process was easy and the staff was nice. I personally think the parking fee is a lot for one night, paid $30. The room was big and spacious and clean and well as the bathroom.
The AC in our room was so annoying , it made a loud sound which made it very difficult to sleep.
Another issue we encounter is when we went for breakfast we walked in and took our food and then went to get a table to sit and there was none, we then decided we will leave with our food to go back to our room was was literally yelled at for doing that bec that is not allowed , there was a sign there that stated that which we didn’t see because some one was standing infront of it. I then saw a table with a reserve sign so I ask one of the staff if we could use it and she allowed us to use it . We later found out that when you enter the breakfast area you need to wait on someone to come to you , give them your room number and wait for them to tell you which table to use and then go get your food. When we enter the room we didn’t see any staff so we proceed to get our food which we would normally do at any hotel. They should have a sign outside or even when you check in with instructions so that the guest would know what to do as I notice we were not the only ones that was un aware of the rules. Bottom line is that we couldn’t even enjoy our breakfast at this point. The breakfast selections was not bad , area was small and crowded.
