“We Love the Palace”

Wonderful hotel! We stay here every time we go to Manhattan. It feels like home. The staff is friendly and helpful. The lobby looks better than ever. Finally, the location is central to all types of goodies!

“Won't stay anywhere again”

We were charmed the moment we walked through the door of the Palace. We have stayed here before and enjoyed the hotel, but something seemed different this time. The hotel staff were generous and outgoing. The lobby was clean and open. Concierge helped us several times with very good suggestions for dinner and reservations. The location can't be beat. We like to run in Central Park-the weather was beautiful and we found several breakfast cafes close to the hote. We will definitely stay here again!

“Can't wait to go back on my next New York trip!”

The New York Palace is absolutely beautiful. The people there were very courteous and very helpful to me and all of my friends. It was a wonderful experience.

“Very impressed”

We arrived an hour and a half prior to check in time, however our room was ready. The rooms were very spacious, particularly for New York standards, the only slight disappointment was the bathroom, which was functional and clean, though slightly basic, but this is only noticeable due to the excellence of the the rest of the hotel. Unfortunately we didn't sample any of the facilities or restaurants, but we did use the complimentary shuttle service to wall street and broadway. All in all a top notch hotel in an ideal location.

Location was great, service was amazing. Conceirge was super helpful finding us a Italian restaraunt at midnight within walking distance and even made a quick reservation. Top notch.

“Absolutely fantastic hotel, and we got a great deal”

Just perfect - absolute decadence. Beds were the comfiest I have ever slept in, room was a great size, and the service was absolutely exceptional. Some great recommendations from the concierge desk. Very nice bar(though quite expensive unsurprisingly). Also fantastic location. Can't recommend more highly.

“Great hotel in great location”

A fine hotel in a great location. Service was excellent and facilities were good. Concierge was knowledgeable and helpful. In-hotel prices were high so we avoided the mini bar and ate out for breakfast. We had a corner room on 19 floor which was spacious and quiet though en suite fairly small with bath - no separate shower. Handy Starbucks outside for affordable coffee! Central Park, Rockefeller Centre and Times Square all within 10 mins walk. St Patrick's cathedral is opposite and worth a visit. We went to Sunday Mass and it was packed full - with service by Archbishop of New York! Would recommend and return.

“Very Impressed”

This was my first stay at the Palace but will not be my last. I was there during the most recent snow storm, and every effort was made to assist and accomodate, including an attentive housekeeper who thrust a complimentary umbrella into my hand as I was heading out (and I'm so glad that she did). I was in the city for business and pleasure and the location allowed me to comfortably walk to many locations. The Palace has a continental feel, which I love. The staff, to a person, was truly wonderful. Room service, although pricy, was terrific. The room was quiet with a beautiful view of St. Patricks. I did not make it to the Spa but wanted to.....next time!
