“highly recommend”

Brilliant place to stay in; location is very good and is right in the city center close to all attractions with many nice restaurants around. The hotel is very new and modern. Rooms and bathroom are very pleasant and modern with nice architectural touches everywhere. Staff is also very friendly and helpful. Defiantly recommend.

“Perfect Location”

This hotel in Madrid has a fabulous location, wonderful staff, and excellent food. It's very modern but in an old building--so it engages many aspects of the city.

“Diamond in the Rough Madrid”

Very nice place in a great location. Can walk to major sites and plenty to do/see nearby. Staff is very pleasant. Cool Tapas bar right in front with delicious choices, good wine and beer selections and the Gin Tonics were great.

“Lovely hotel”

Lovely hotel with modern decor. Located at the heart of Madrid and San Migel market is just 5 mins walk away. Very close to the metro. Clean and tidy - it's perfect!

“Very cozy hotel”

Friendly staff and welcome. Very much liked the atmosphere of the hotel. Used the family room. Nice clean spacious room with two single and one double that comes out of the wall. Kids loved it. Two shower heads with one on hose and one from above. Easier to wash kids with the hose! Plenty of hot water. The one from above was very relaxing after a long day of walking and eating. Location was nice with easy access to metro (La Latina). Short walk to the Royal Palace. Many good restaurants around. Being close to San Miguel Market was also a plus. 20 min walk to Museo Reina Sofía was doable. The Zoo Aquarium de la Casa de Campo is also close access by taxi. Our kids enjoyed seeing the fine white tiger, dolphin show, giraffes, etc. There are even pandas and koalas! Easy for adults to go around with rental electric buggies! Really glad we used a taxi to go considering the long walk from the station. Also luckily got a taxi back. There is a bar downstairs which I liked. Yes there is some noise that come up but it did not bother us or the kids, we just passed away to the comfortable bed after a long day. Did not eat breakfast as we chose to eat churros at close by San Ginés. Also did shopping at El Corte Inglés buying some grocery from the supermarket. Small space in the fridge but managed to keep milk and orange juice for the kids.

“Fun lively place”

Great place even traveling with kids. If you're there on the weekend though, it can get loud. But any other day the nighttime is fine. The place is on a street of a ton of restaurants and tapas bars. The beds are a bit hard as well as the pillows FYI The place had GREAT food

“Great hotel”

We loved the hotel. The only complaint is we had an "inside" room with no exterior window and the room was very small. Otherwise, the decor is lovely and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

“Great city break hotel well positioned”

Great location, really nice room, good bar and restaurant areas, very friendly team - breakfast on day two wasnt that good and not worth 12 euros - but I am being a bit picky now - would definatly return.
