"Amazing ! flawless My stay started a day earlier when Raquel kindly showed me the hotel and the rooms, she was so nice and kind. The room was clean spotless with a cute welcoming complimentary from the hotel. The bed sheets are pampering very comfortable mattres. ‏ Front desk were helpful and kind .thank you Harry Kate and everybody else Location is amazing right on Bryant park 5th avenue and times Square. I will return!"

"The website for this Hotel is outdated. The hotel does not have a restaurant or bar. Therefore no room service either. Not a deal breaker for me but could be considered as misleading. The great thing is the location which is very central and easy walking to Grand Central, shopping, restaurants and Empire State Building. Great view from the 27th floor lounge. Right beside the Chrysler building. Staff were excellent, very polite, friendly and helpful. I would stay there again."

"Club Quarters WTC is an excellent hotel, with well-designed compact rooms that make great use of space. Front desk staff are friendly, efficient & helpful particularly Marsha-Ann. Free good-quality coffee is available in the lounge area, a plus in an expensive city like New York. Location is excellent, close to subway stations & PATH to New Jersey. Highly recommended!"
