An old hotel in a great location added to our New York experience Below average breakfast, should not be sold as something special Great value for money

Great hotel, amazing location, very clean and friendly staff.

We stayed one night only. Room was very nice, clean and furnishings were well kept, if not newer. When families are traveling, I still don't understand why the extra charge for over two people if you are renting a double room. Was $40.00 extra for our two children.

My family stayed in the hotel twice. The hotel is located in proximity to the Got Island, had all appliances we needed (fridge, microwave, coffee maker). We also enjoyed meal in the hotel restaurant. Overall, rooms were clean, personnel was friendly. We definitely chose this hotel for next trip.

we stayed at this htel onenight and enjoyed it very much> Hope ro make it a 3 night stay next year.Hotel is located 4 blocks from where we had to be. The Denny;s located attatched to it was very good for both dinner and breakfast the next morning.Hope to be there again next year.

WOW! This is the best place to stay to see Niagara Falls. The staff were very helpful, the location is perfect but the Falls View room in this hotel was absoutely fantastic and we will remember it forever. The restraunt on the 13th floor is exceptional and the staff was really freindly - try the Ice Wine after dinner. Thanks for this experience.

very impressed, we can't believe how inexpensive it was for a very nice hotel

The Hyatt is a nice hotel and the quality of the staff was excellent. There is a lot going on at the hotel but the service staff seem to really care about helping out the customers. Check in was easy to do and they have self servicing kiosks which speed up the check in time. The pool kind of sucked it was freezing for an indoor pool and very small, also the pool bottom was made of glass so it was insanely slippery. Also they don't have any parking so you have to pay $15 to park across the street overnight. Or $20 for valet service for them to drive your car across the street for you. I personally don't like other people driving my car so I did it myself but you think for how expensive the rooms are they could have their own parking lot with the price included. However overall experience was a plus and the staff are the #1 reason.
