“Comfortable stay and pleasant service”

Not only did they give us each a freshly-baked cookie when we checked in, they called shortly after we settled into our rooms to make sure we didn't need anything else!

“Excellent and friendly service”

The overall service of the Doubletree staff was extraordinary. From the moment we drove up to the parking attendant until the time we checked out, the staff was nothing but pleasant and overly accomodating. Internet access was super - with excellent reception and speed throughout our entire stay. Hotel room service exceeded expectations - the food was great! The only disappointment about our stay was the view from our room - which overlooked the highschool and freeway. Otherwise, the accomodations and personnel were superb. I would highly recommend returning to this hotel on a future visit.

This is a good value hotel, not very old and with very good staffing in a great location for Santa Monica and convenient to easily reach anywhere in the west side of LA and CBD. Easy and safe walking to the beachside and the downtown mall area of Santa Monica.

A large hotel (or Suites) but very friendly nonetheless. Rooms well laid out and very comfortable. Great location near to City Hall, not on the front but within 5 minutes easy walk of all the main central areas of Santa Monica. Excellent location if you intend to make use of the very good public transport buses.

Very nice, clean hotel. We enjoyed ou stay. A short walk to the pier and 3rd St Promanade. Many excelent restaurant choices nearby. Very easy highway access. Would do it again.

Great staff - everyone was helpful, quick, and friendly. Fresh, warm cookies were definitely a perk! Breakfast buffet was great too!

“Great Location!”

We started our vacation in San Diego and drove up the 5 then over to the 10. Upon exiting the 10 we made a left turn and there was the hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable and staff were helpful. Oh I almost forgot the fabulous warm cookies!

Spacious, comfortable suite. Ideal fanity area in master bedroom. Self parking very convenient. Location a short walk to Third Street Promenade and the ocean.

I have never had such a quick check-in and check-out like I did here. The frontdesk staff was personable and extremely friendly. I felt the price was more then reasonable for the service they rendered. I would defintely stay there again!
