“Excellent hotel with an ideal location for LHR”

Situated on Bath Road, within a few hundred yards of the car rental depots, this is an ideally located hotel for a person's last night in the UK if they have an early flight and/or need to return a hire car late at night or in the morning. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly upon arrival. The room was spacious and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable, the lighting was good, and the bathroom had an abundance of soaps and shampoos,. The sound proofing was excellent. The bedroom overlooked the Terminal 1 runway, and the planes took off a mere 100 yards from the hotel. However, not a sound couple be heard in the bedroom. The buffet breakfast was very good and the waiter helpful

“Spacious and comfortable”

We were pleasantly surprised to find our room well-appointed and spacious, even by North American standards. Now if only we could find similar accommodations at a similar price, in central London!

“A fine place to stay near Heathrow!”

We required a hotel for an overnight stay on our return trip from Morocco. I found the Arora on the Expedia site and am very happy I did. Very easy access to and from Heathrow was our intention. A good night's sleep was a necessity. And a comfortable room was vital. The Arora provided all that in an elegant and friendly environment.

“A new discovery for corporate travel”

I didn't go personally, I used the reservation for one of my top executives, and he was pleased. Usually I book him in the Heathrow Hilton terminal 4, but the rate for that night was outrageous so we took a chance and booked his final night here. He said it was very nice, and we can use it again. As far as I'm concerned, no complaints when they return is an awesome thing.

“Great hotel near the airport!”

The Aurora Hotel was very quiet so that we were able to rest before our long international flight the next day. The staff was very helpful and friendly. My family would stay there again.

“Good hotel close to Heathrow”

Very clean, very helpful staff, ideal as an airport hotel, Heathrow is only a few minutes away with a frequent free bus service.

“Perfect place for a long layover”

People here were helpful and friendly. Bed was very comfortable and the little shop downstairs was well stocked with snacks, drinks, other items. The front desk called a free shuttle to take us to the White Horse Pub for dinner, which was phenomenal. The driver shared a lot of historical information about the surrounding area and was very sweet. The red U3 bus to the terminals at Heathrow was also free, which helped quite a bit, given the high cost of taxis. The rooms are amazingly soundproofed. We spent one night arriving in Europe from the US and a week later, spent another night there, before flying back to the US. We were very satisfied, and would stay there again in a heartbeat. You couldn't find a better deal.

“Great Stay but ...”

We had a great one night stay and would strongly recommend the hotel for its quality, price, and location. Customers are able to make easy outings to Windsor Castle, Easton and Runnymede. The only disappointment is that it still has the old tradition of business hotels of charging outrageous rates for internet access that costs the hotel virtually nothing and which the smallest B&Bs now offer their clients free of charge.

“Good 'value for money' choice”

Good hotel, cozy rooms, but kettle in my room was not operating despite trying all possible switches - that's the only point I didn't like - everything else was okay.

“Great Hotel for Heathrow”

One of the best cheap hotels I've stayed in for a long while. Staff were friendly but efficient, room clean and confortable. Ideal location for Heathrow flights and even provides cheap parking while you're away.
