"We booked this apartment for a family trip, location was spot on however, We stayed on the 3rd floor so if you have mobility issues then you will struggle to get up the stairs. Sofa is very uncomfortable and had the worst night sleep due to the noise outside from nightlife and seagulls 3am plus very noisy."

"It would be good if the windows were properly soundproofed or double glazed. The sound from outside could be heard all through the night was quite disturbing. A fellow resident also set off the fire alarm at 6:30am and didnt stay to rectify it. All residents were left on the stairs phoning the emergency property number. Again, quite disturbing to our stay."

"This is a large party space for things like hen dos. Its not a place for anyone to stay in if they're not their to party. There were crumbs on the stained sofa, freezing air pumped out non-stop, no hot water and the tv played at 100% volume or mute. "Could not check in until 4pm. The beds in the apartment were bought in lKEA and not assembled properly as a result the slats didnt hold the mattress ended ip in the floor. No wifi or router in the apartment. The television cables were ripped off. We had to go ask for towels and TP. The apartment was clean. Seems like they manage several properties so the pictures on line was not out accommodations. I tried calling the desk never answer. "

"It was more affordable than other places near the centre, only 5-10 minutes walk to Lime Street station. The apartment was clean and quiet too and check-in was straight forward. Only issue I had was a very uncomfortable bed that made a lot of noise every time you moved because it was a fold-away bed. They had put a mattress topper on to try and help but did not sleep well. Fine for one night but I wouldn't want to sleep there for consecutive nights on that bed. "
