"The property was in pleasant grounds, in an attractive village. There are a number of b and b rooms in the barn which is now an annex to the main house. "It was more affordable than other places near the centre, only 5-10 minutes walk to Lime Street station. The apartment was clean and quiet too and check-in was straight forward. Only issue I had was a very uncomfortable bed that made a lot of noise every time you moved because it was a fold-away bed. They had put a mattress topper on to try and help but did not sleep well. Fine for one night but I wouldn't want to sleep there for consecutive nights on that bed. "
