"Just like another 2 couples , we couldn’t gain access to the property as we were told it was damaged on arrival to the property . We were left stranded and had to sleep on the street due to not being able To afford accadation elsewhere . We spoke to a man who we think was in charge of the property and he couldn’t have gave less of a damn. Shocking with no communication from Expedia and the property to not have yhe DECENCY to let us know !"

On my second night I discovered there is accommodation in the attic with bare floor boards- I had a rather noisy person above me! "Anfield is right around the corner. It was the perfect location for walking around the area, exploring Stanley Park, and it was still easy to catch a bus to center city. I had some travel mishaps, and Suzzanne was great to work with. Suzi was likewise great. The atmosphere on matchday was amazing. As a solo traveler my room was small, but it was all I needed. Highly recommended for anyone going to an LFC match."

A most enjoyable experience!
"I was running late due to airplane delays and re-bookings, the staff went out of their way to pre-register me since I was not going to be there until midnight! Once I arrived I was very graciously welcomed. I have had both breakfasts and dinner in their restaurant. Both the food and service were excellent. My room was a bit smaller than what I am used to but it was efficiently compact and tastefully decorated. I stayed there three nights and after completing a special conference in Wales will stay there another four nights before returning to America. All around a most enjoyable experience! "
