"Lovely, modern, clean hotel with all the amenities and very good value for money. Best shower we've had on our trip! Excellent location! Only downside was that there was limited space to store our suitcases in the room, but there were some storage solutions which were handy. Could also do with extra lighting around the sink/mirror area."

"Corner twin room-big windows-great view but not much space for luggage and to move around beds. Loved the deep tub/shower, massage chair. Front Desk & housekeeping staff was exceptional. Entrance of hotel on same floor as shinkansen entrance in train station. Easy walk within station to lots of dining, shopping & two 7-11's.! Gotta get the omusubi's Nothing much outside of the station so you'll need to catch a train to department stores & popular tourist spots but the trains run every 5-10 min...

"Great hotel, especially for its price. Staff were very accommodating when we accidentally sent our luggage there a day early; they could all speak great English. Walking distance to 2 different train stations, Grand Front mall (which has every store you'd need), and convenience stores.The hotel itself is quiet but very close to some late-night eats and busy areas. Only downside is the laundry is a bit on the pricey side at the hotel and the nearest laundromat is a bit of a walk, so keep that...

"we love this hotel because its old style and classic. everything works as it should but it needs redecoration however i like it very much as it is. rooms are very quiet and i love the space in the rooms. i struggle with Japanese hard mattresses so bring my own top up mattress then i have a lovely comfortable stay. we would love for this hotel to remain open and have a paint job done. its a lovely classic hotel. "

"Location was very convenient as less than 10 min walk to major malls and 5 min away from food alley. What is great is that amenities are self service and guests take only what is needed to cut down waste."
