The hotel is fine nothing super special about it. Our room faced the street on the 6th floor and it was extremely loud. There is construction going on overnight on the street outside for the next year and I woke up to sirens many times. Our friends stayed on a higher floor and weren’t as bothered.

Everything was great, however it was extremely noisy. The windows did not provide any sound barrier and you could hear everything outside as if you were outside

This is a lovely hotel that is close to the nightlife area of Osaka. My only criticism is that we were flying late at night and there is nowhere for you to have a shower and change e.g a gym and the toilet available are downstairs and are small.

I stayed in a Superior Room facing the street. I can hear all kinds of noise during the night - the ambulance, music, car horning etc. It is hard to sleep for those who are sensitive to noise.

The Cross hotel is a block away from the river in Dintonbori. It is walkable to many restaurants and six minutes to Namba Station. We were in the 14th floor and we had a beautiful view of the river and Don Quijote.
