“What a great place to stay!”
Loved the full serviced deluxe spa unit. New, clean and overall a great place to go after a nice road trip on the great ocean road.
“Poor Wifi”
Very nice hotel but we booked an apartment and could only pick up the hotel's wifi in the bedroom so didn't get much use from the lounge room. We might as well have booked a motel room. Receptionist was helpful recommending restaurants but not able to assist with the wifi problems.
“Great resort, but may have crickets!”
Hotel apartments themselves were great. Tidy, spacious, modern. City of Warrnambool is very family friendly. However, in the summer, crickets are a common pest and that doesn't prevent them from sharing your accomodations. We spent a sleepless night trying to kill them (we thought they were cockroaches at first) and then they were making noises all night long. Hotel Reception said this was normal Aussie living and offered us breakfast and coffee. Not good enough for NOrth Americans not used to crickets jumping in their room Likes: Very clean, great space, comfortable bed, quiet Dislikes: Crickets in our ground floor apartment! Apparently this is normal Australian living, but if you are a visitor, they are big 1.5” or so, loud and they hop around!
