"Nice boutique hotel, the staff are very friendly, room we had was spaceous, nice restaurants and cafe downstairs, lobby is modern and stylish. The area is great being close to RAC arena and hay and murray street shopping disctrict. A couple of small down sides: 1. Aircon kept defaulting back to 20 degrees so the room was too hot for us to sleep comfortably so sleep was bad. But we are used to very cold room. You can open a window but outside is VERY noisy. 2.
