“Not Too Bad”

The Duxton is undoubtedly a luxurious comfortable hotel although the Club Room I stayed in, in comparison to previous stays had the feel of a standard hotel room and only the bathroom indicated there was something extra. However it was comfortable, clean and the location extremely convenient. There is a 'feel' about the Duxton that find hard to explain, but appeals to me.

“Will stay again next time in Perth”

We enjoyed our stay at the Duxton. Next time we are in Perth we will stay here. The service could not be faulted and the staff always greeted you with smile. The room was a good size and clean. Close to the centre of town.

Area recommendations

Trip to Fremantle is worth trying.

“Best location & hotel lobby bar in Perth”

Stayed at Duxton Hotel in Perth for 4 nights. Excellent experience with spacious room & bathroom. Loved the bar in the lobby where I was able to entertain friends during the afternoons in soft & smart ambience. Also the guest laundry was a bonus as had been travelling for over a week. No safe in room which I would have preferred. Great location for accessing the city & river.

City shopping precincts & commercial centre River Esplanade for great walks, bike riding, blading Barrack St Jetty with riverside cafes & ferries to South Perth, Fremantle etc WA Art Gallery Northbridge cafe strip Railway Station with trains to Midland, Fremantle, Mandurah, Bunbury etc All within walking distance
