“Wonderful holiday”

I stood in this hotel 35 years ago and decided that one day I was going to beable to stay there. My husband and I have just had a weeks holiday and we were not disappointed, it came up to and exceded our expectations. The resort is lovely and the staff could not be faulted. We would definitly stay there again.

“Perfect venue”

We booked as the location was perfect for a wedding we attended Saturday night so we were sorry we couldn't stay longer and enjoy more of the features. Breakfast was simply wonderful. Thanks for a great weekend.

“Perfect hotel...equals perfect holiday....”

The service was excellent...rooms were beautiful hotel grounds were gorgeous. I have every intention to return to this hotel in the future. It was an amazing experience to be in such a stunning hotel. Sheraton has won my heart. Loved it.

“Sheraton Mirage”

Loved my stay at the Sheraton Mirage; the facilities were great and staff were friendly and helpful. My only comment would be that the Oyster Bar was a little disappointing as it is described as an 'intimate restaurant' but had the television on! Food however was delicious. Overall, would highly recommend staying at the Sheraton.

“We'll Be Back....With The Kids”

We decided at the last minute to have a parent getaway. We searched on Expedia.com and this resort came up as the top recommendation. When we arrived we were very impressed by the surroundings and our room was spacious, clean and inviting. Room service is incredibly expensive, as was the mini bar. We were lucky enough to have the breakfast buffet included in our deal. This was fabulous!!! The only complaint that we had was that the pillows were uncomfortable, although they did have 2 on offer in the room (feather and latex). We found the staff to be attentive and pleasant. No request was too much trouble. We will definately be back, but this time with the kids so that we can make use of the amazing swimming pool.

“buisness”

the room has been refurbished, we were told before staying there that the rooms were tired, so we were pleasntly surprised with our room, the only draw back was the noise from guest walking past our room late at night early hours of the morning .it was like they were in the room with us talking.loved the location and the rest of the hotel was fantastic.

“It was ok”

We haven't stayed in a hotel like this for a long time, usually staying in boutique hotels, you forget that there are hotels that still try to charge $12 for water and $45 for breakfast - bit of a joke really. We both thought that this hotel is in urgent need of an update and perhaps a new approach to the mini bar! You can walk over the road and get a great fresh breakfast with everything for $25 for 2 or pay $90 here - hmmmm something is wrong with this! It was clean but average for the price.
