Great location although a little noisy on a busy road very pretty at night with views of Casino and Pacific Fair within walking distance- bus route outside door.

The hotel was clean- just needs to be updated!! Old decor and very dated- not bad for the price.zI guess you get what you pay for- I really don't think this was a 4 star place by American standards. I do think it is a little much to charge$1.50 to get a second hand towel, no bath cloths were provided, only small sizes of soap, shampoo, etc. It doesn't matter if you stay for 1 day or 4 days-if you need more -you have to pay for it. I just have never stayed at a place where you pay for EVERYTHING!! I mean extra towels, shampoo, etc. Good location-close to the mall!

“Good Faclities”

We were impressed with the facilities in the room -had everything we needed to be self sufficient for a week (or more). Location was very convenient for beach and shopping.

The cafe in the hotel is very reasonable price and yammy. But close at 2:00pm is bit too early though.

“Average hotel for average budget”

This is pretty average hotel, more like self catering apartments than a hotel though, room condition was OK, there is no daily room service unless you ask for it, basic tea and coffee is provided as starter pack but you got to get your own after that. Room was clean when we got there and maintenance wise the hotel was in pretty good shape, had a flat screen TV in the room which appeared relatively new. The one downside there where two couches in our room both of them where pretty uncomfortable to sit on! Pool area of the hotel looks like it needs a paint but apart from that OK. I would give an overall rating of 7 out 10

The suite was clean and comfortable with all tools that can be used (kitchen, laundry, etc.) could be great for a little family or a little group of people.Access ti pool, gym and sauna.
