If you are looking for luxury apartments then perhaps this is not what you will be looking for. In saying this, if you can look past some of the out-dated common areas the apartment itself was clean, spacious and with a modern kitchen and bathroom. The manager was really helpful and friendly, The pool area is very nice and the location is brilliant. We were only staying briefly in the apartment as we were doing the theme parks so it suited us fine.

Fantastic location close to beach,Convention centre and cafes. Disappointed that I had to pay for internet if I wanted to use it. No reception after 12md on Sat and none on Sat although the manager was contactable. I would stay here again because of location.

Location was great but the furnishings were filthy and it is definitely in need of upgrading. Host although friendly was hard to find when needed.

Great place to stay

This place is close to shops, beach and restaurants. Casino 10 min walk. Room 2bed/2Bath was just what we wanted. Plenty of space and great views from the balcony. Max the manager made us feel right at home and offered excellent advice about eateries etc. Unit was very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately we were on a very short trip - but will definitely stay here again if able to.

Nice apartment close to the beach

We booked the apartment as a family of 5 and the location was ideal being central to amenities that Broadbeach has to offer and a quick drive or tram ride to Surfers Paradise. The apartment complex was neat and tidy, offered beach views and the pool, spa and outdoor area was well maintained. The apartment complex manager was friendly and attended to any issues at a moments notice.

Very roomy unit.

On the 6th floor with fabulous views of the ocean and nearby beaches. Very clean unit with tons of room. Very close to Broadbeach shops and restaurants. Old block of units, but great value.

Great Location and Value

Air con... full kitchen... light and airy and clean. Lovely gentleman running the place doubles as the cleaner and does a great job. It's a very dated building and has not been recently renovated, if ever, so it's a bit old school but perfectly adequate .
