Four Seasons in Docklands

"This was such a pleasant experience. Front desk at check in was so nice and helpful. I was able to get upgraded into an accessible room which was so great. I had a nice view of the water. The breakfast was also - so good. Has variety for travelers who might miss a breakfast burrito and such. Def will come back!"

"Comfortable but lacking facilities for disabled"

"I was attending a 2 day conference at Excel and travelling alone, so felt safe if I had to return alone in the evening. Staff were super helpful. I had a "take away" my first evening and in the mornings they were happy to freshly poach eggs for me. On the second evening I went to a nearby Chinese restaurant with colleagues. Unfortunately the Excel building was locked and I had to walk around the outside to get to the hotel. I had walked almost the full length of the path when I came to a fence due to building work and I had to go all the way back and around the other side."

"This is my second time in London, but my first stay in Canary Wharf. Great area to walk around, safe, plenty of restaurant and shopping options nearby. Our room was huge and comfortable, sound proofing windows, check-in and out was fast and simple. Will definitely consider this option for future stays. "
