"This property is exactly what the pictures show. Peaceful, serene, and exceptionally welcoming. We stayed for 6 nights and enjoyed every moment of our stay. The caretaker is a gem, she took care of all the little things that make a stay truly memorable. We needed a cot and blow up mattress for 2 small children, she prepped them and added extras around the home for them to explore as well. The AC and fans in every room kept us very comfortable even in mid summer, and the pool is a perfect relief...

"Newly renovated apartment with an amazing view. Small quiet complex where we felt totally relaxed the minute we took in the breathtaking views. Plenty of space for a family of 4. Superbly appointed kitchen and bathrooms. Highly recommend."

"The family of 10 was very comfortable in the property with lots of space and the right combination of beds and bathrooms . The pool was amazing and outdoor area was perfect . The kitchen is very well equipped with all the appliances we needed. Also , lots of fridge and freezer space and the washer and dryer were fantastic. Air conditioning worked really well and we highly recommend this property . We had cars and so the fact that we weren’t right in town or on the beach wasn’t a problem ....

"Overall we loved staying at this property. The location was great and the place had everything we needed and more. Having the pool was a bonus as some days were super hot or terribly windy on the beach. There are two things I would say that can be improved. One is the furniture needs a bit of updating. It was pretty minimal and a little worn. Secondly, if you are a light sleeper bring an eye mask and a white noise machine. The design of the house is great for airflow but there are no full walls...

"We loved the location with a shot walk to the beach. It was a great base for our tours and heading in to the centre of Port Douglas. Sarah was quick to respond to any needs and gave lovely tips for where to eat and highlights of the area. Our favourite outer reef experience was with Wavelength. "Three nights of bliss - we wish we'd booked longer! It was a beautifully relaxing few days after a busy couple of weeks in Cairns. The location is beautiful, walking distance to the beach. The kids enjoyed exploring the creek on the property, and it is close to other touristy places to explore. We saw cassowaries and a wild pig with piglets!"
