"Spacious room. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed (pillows weren't to my liking). Couch was ok. Incredible view! Surprisingly quiet other than usual city noise. Terrific location."

"Room was nice and exactly what we needed for 1 night. Lots of work going on in buildings and roads around the property, but with the doors shut it blocked out most of the noise which was great for a light sleeper. Walking distance to Southbank parklands which was good for dinner. Would stay again if I'm ever in Brisbane."

"Nice views, bathroom good size (although shower leaks and needs attention), kitchen well appointed, washing machine & dryer very handy, we were disappointed our apartment didn't have a dining table & chairs (as we seen in the photos before we booked), parking was available & marked (as the building has private residences). Comfortable stay."

"I was staying at Evolution apArtments for work. It was brilliant just next to Federsl court close to cbd and very close to the legal precinct. My room was large, the staff were friendly and accommodating. The sky lounge on the top floor was magnificent and very hand for business meetings. "

"LOVE the price. The car elevator is terrifying, i was not prepared for that. The room needs a few things fixed, but it didn't affect our stay in any way. The room is super quiet, the beds were comfortable and the shower might very well be the best shower I've had at a hotel. The staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful. The kitchen had everything and more than we needed to make our stay relaxing. "
