“Review”

Highly recommend this hotel to all! All staff were very friendly, courteous & helpful. Breakfast range is amazing and we had Dinner as well for a family and thought it was superb!

“Best breakfast around. Costs $28. But worth it”

Personnel very pleasant. Service excellent. super breakfast with made to order stuff. Not that close to airport. Need taxi there $15. Taxi to town of Brisbane $35 and that is a negative

“good but transport a problem”

The hotel was great, clean, comfortable, convenient but the single most irritating issue is that the hotel shuttle bus only goes at certyain times. If your flight does not fit their schedule then tough luck. For example it stops at 9 a.m. and doesn't start again till late afternoon. If your flight arrives or leaves after midnight then too bad, get a taxi. For an ostensible "Airport" hotel this is unacceptable.Before you book find out what time the shuttle bus goes.

“over price & no extras”

Very nice hotel, good location to airport but highly over priced, staff were helpful, when paying overnight rates so high you would expect to get free wifi in rooms but no. I don't think i would stay there again simply based on the no wifi (without paying a fee) factor.

“Do not pick this hotel”

I would not recommend this hotel. We were hoping to get a good night sleep. But we could not. Pillow were uncomfortable. Bed was hard, you could felt the spring. Shower has Not got door, very wet floor once finished the shower. Restaurant only open until 10pm. Food was very expensive, poor quality . This hotel charges 1.6% credit card charges. Taxi cost about $20 one way to domastic terminal.

“New(?) and overpriced Novotel next to Brisbane airport”

If you're into architectural aesthetics, don't look here. It's a basic hotel construction with stark accents. The starkness might be modern to some but very cold to others, like my colleagues. For me, I was neither impressed or depressed. It was a decent sized room with a comfortable bed and typically Novotel - meaning that you are provided with the essentials but if you want more you'll have to pay, even if your room charge seems unusually high. My room was either freshly new or recently maintenanced, evidenced by the film of white powder on the bathroom fixtures and mirror. The proximity to the airport was a big plus. A public bus runs close-by the hotel and is free for international flights. Added to this, the hotel situated across the street from a small mall with a grocery store, hair salon and drug store. Just beyond that, there's an outlet mall for clothes shopping. Breakfasts at the hotel are good. You can have certain foods cooked to order. It's an okay accommodation and, if Expedia hadn't asked for a review, I might have forgotten I stayed there.
