"I’ve stayed here five times, with kids and without. It’s always pleasant and clean, great service. The only issue which is first world problems, can be the internet. Other than that, it’s fantastic and I’ve stayed at so many places "

"Excellent accommodation, good check-in experience, easy access to “The Terrace Restaurant” from room. The grounds are well presented and provide a peaceful taste of the tropics. The restaurant was pleasant, the meal delightful and substantial. Did not like the “virtual mini-bar bar”. If it’s “order from room service”, then that is what it is, don’t dress it up! It looks like the host cannot trust people with the mini-bar and that means me as a guest, which I find insulting….. Whilst it was a bit cool on this occasion I like a swim before breakfast, the restricted pool hours would deny this to me, and likely many guests, who are not planning on early morning pool games. Other than these minor items we would recommend the Ballina Byron Islander Resort."
