"The penthouse is beautiful, modern and roomy. We had five adults, a toddler and a baby and there was plenty of room. It has everything you could possibly need for your stay. The view is just amazing and it is visible from kitchen, dining and lounge rooms. Also room on the balcony for drinks and more view watching. Shaw’s Bay Hotel and a fish &chips, pizza etc shop are a short walk away. Near Ballina town centre with cafes, supermarkets, clothing and jewelry stores - very close by as well....

"Lovely simple decor without clutter, clean and functional. Quiet area. The only negative was that the kitchen blind did not close, feeling exposed to neighbouring properties in the evening when the lights were on, though a simple fix to replace."

"My only negative comment is the 9.30 am checkout. Instead of a 1pm check-in, would be better to have a 2pm check-in and a 10.30 check-out. Otherwise it was fantastic."

"'You get what you pay for' - sums up this apartment. It was clean, great location in terms of the beach, clubs and shops, its just tired. It could really do with a make over, but that's why its cheap. But I would stay here again for the price."

"Very quite and had everything. The back deck was lovely with the morning sun. All the screens and doors need a good clean. Probably in need of a good maintenance check, as one of the stove burners does not work and the bedside lamps in the master did not work. The house is very cold with our stay in late May & only one heater and no air-conditioning."
