“Good rate, great hotel”

Ok rate but an excellent hotel that had all my requirements. Very clean and comfortable efficiently run. The reception staff were lovely and the pool was awesome!!

“Could have been better”

We are not very fussy but the carpet was very wet and we got damp sock from walking inside the room. It is amazing how in this day and age Hotels still want to charge you for internet usage by the hour. We managed to get a free one hour coupon at the end. It was raining and the carpark was totally flooded so my husband had to take his shoes and sock off to get to the car.

“Very helpful staff and a good location.”

Well situated to south bank, just a 5 minute walk to the stairs that lead you down to south bank path and 10 minute slow walk from there to the south bank beach and eateries. Rooms are a bit dated but new flat screen tv, enough room for the whole family!

“Business suite with slow internet access”

Booked this hotel as part of a business trip. Upon check-in they said they have upgraded us to a business suite free of charge. The room was nice and clean and tidy and had everything we needed. The only downside was they charge you $21 for 12hrs consecutive time wireless and this wireless connection was very slow at times and sometimes down too. For $21 you can expect more, in particular from a business suite.
