"Overall our unit was really nice, but there are a few areas that need improvement: -the pool was not clean -carelessly repaired (non working lights and a fixture falling down) -front entrance door really loud/can hear it slamming -other units partying -check in was not as simple as I would have liked"

"The apartment was lovely! Very spacious and clean! All basic supplies were provided. Easy walking distance to grocery store, main areas— Canal Street, Convention Center, French Quarter. It was quiet at night; the bedrooms were dark with very comfortable beds— conducive for sleeping! Would definitely return. Only tip— upon arrival, use the bottom of the three key pads —(not the top one pictured in the check-in information as it didn’t work). Otherwise, everything was well-communicated. "

"We had a great stay with Carol!! She was friendly and knowledgeable about what to do and eat. Her accommodations worked well for my husband and I during Jazzfest. "Everything about this property was as described and more. The location was perfect for our needs. We were close enough areas we wanted to explore and far enough from those areas to feel safe in our quiet little neighborhood. Our hosts were very attentive and available at a moments notice! "Wonderful location, walking distance to many shops and restaurants! Home was clean and beautifully decorated in a true New Orleans vibe. We spent many hours out on the deck enjoying the NOLA weather. Kitchen was very well stocked and all passwords worked well for Wi-Fi. Hosts Michael and Marcia was very responsive to any questions and were available for any issues. We will definitely be back!"

"The Host was Super responsive!! There are directions all over the house to guide you on how to use things. The rooms are plush and nice, it is like staying at your home in another state. The items in the kitchen came in handy and it was everything you needed for a getaway. The house was clean, plenty of linen, and towels. The best part about it, I was able to wash my clothes before I came home."

"I really enjoyed staying at Erin‘s place. It has everything you need. The bed was very comfy. The climate control was great, the bathroom spacious, the kitchen wonderful and a full size washer/dryer. The street cars go by but very quickly and it’s not a big deal. Erin thought of everything-she even has a noise machine in the bedroom area (we did not need it). I liked it so much that I rebooked for next year for Jazz Fest."

"This was the perfect spot for 2 adult couples! My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights with another couple. The location was perfect with a coffee shop around the corner. Very walkable to EVERYTHING but a little off the beaten path so the noise wasn’t crazy. The condo itself is on the second floor."

"Great location! The property manger was so attentive and made wonderful recommendations for things to do. Loved the free wheelin bike tour! The location is steps from everything in the quarter. Definitely could hear the loud music at night, but that’s totally worth it for the location and the well kept place! Very happy with everything about our stay."

"Adorable little shotgun house in a quiet neighborhood! Spacious rooms, high ceilings, full kitchen with dining table, laundry room, covered front porch, and even a secluded little back yard. They even had a dog crate and a couple dog bowls in one of the rooms. Lots of extra blankets and towels, too. "Stayed here in Marigny for first w/e of Jazz Fest. Location was fabulous. Short easy walk to French Quarter and just a couple blocks from Frenchmen Street. Place was clean and felt very safe. Our host, Dee, could not have been more accomodating. Met us on arrival and explained everything. Helped with suggestions for dining and even arranged our return cab trip to airport. Lovely host!!"

"We loved our stay here. The home is beautiful and really feels like old-school NOLA. The location is perfect for exploring the Garden District, and it’s easy to get to the French Quarter and downtown. The owners provided high quality supplies and thought of everything. We felt so comfortable and “at home” the entire time! I cannot say enough about what a great place this is."

"I’ve never stayed in New Orleans before so I didn’t know much about the area. But this apartment was in walking distance to everything! The coffee shop, St. Pat’s Irish Coffee House, is just around the corner and so good! The food at Namaste Nola and Le Bayou Restaurant was superb! We drove over to Barataria Preserve and Shell Beach. Go eat at Speck’s if you go to Shell Beach! The apartment had an iron coded gate over the door for extra protection. I’m a small town girl so I was a little scared...

"The house was in a great location. Felt safe walking to and from both Bourbon street and Frenchmen street. The house itself was a good size for our group. However, it could certainly use some maintenance. The walls were scratched up from the chairs in the dining space and the shower situations weren’t ideal. The outdoor space was good for what we needed. We could hear our neighbors through the walls at times, but nothing unbearable. Would recommend for large groups who are mainly needing a...

"We liked how large the rooms were. Everything was fully stocked which was nice. The kitchen knives were terribly dull which was annoying but not the end of the world. The only pan in the apartment was an old nonstick pan which was all scratched and flaking off which is toxic so we had to make everything in a pot. The pool was continuously dirty and foggy, we decided not to use it because it was so dirty. All in all, it was a nice stay and we appreciated having all the amenities of home while on...
