  • Upon arrival, call the front desk to receive your safe box and apartment number. At the building entrance introduce your personal code (the last four numbers of your reservation) followed by the letter 'A'. At the entrance hall open the safe box using your personal code followed by the letter 'E' to find a magnetic key and an envelope. To open the apartment door introduce the round part of the magnetic key in the metallic key hole. After the 'beep' sound you have 5 seconds to rotate the latch. If the 5 seconds have passed, please repeat the procedure to open. You will find the front door key on the table of your apartment, and in some cases a card to activate the special lighting system.
  • Late check-out is not possible.
