The room was clean but without working air conditioning. Maintenance came to fix it but it made a loud noise all night. Dated building. Location is great, staff are friendly and they accommodated our luggage with our early arrival.

Room is nice and bed is big, but the HDMI ports on the TV are locked, making it useless. The maids are very noisy and woke me up each day shouting to each other between rooms, and the reception staff despite being friendly can't help with much, particularly at night and there's only one of them on shift the queue can be time consuming. Location is great, and bed is comfy, but it's more of a 'self service' place than the price point would suggest. Average, and not really worth the price paid.

Beautiful hotel, easy arrival even late at night. Stayed as a solo straight female and I absolutely loved the vibe. The pool area is beautiful and peaceful and a noon checkout is amazing. Very easy to get to via the 24/7 aerobus.

The staff was great, breakfast was top notch, and I liked my room, but a lot of straight people were staying there; too many women hanging out at the pool. I wanted to be at a gay property on my vacation. Straight people have endless options for hotels in Barcelona, so I don't know why they feel they gave to stay at a gay property.) One issue: the air conditioning in my room was causing a leak from the ceiling for a couple of nights, but staff eventually fixed it.

Great overall experience, hotel was very clean. Staff helpful and friendly. Bathroom, shower was great. Will stay again if I come back to Barcelona. I would definitely recommend.
