Amazing Staff

The staff are amazing the breakfast is good I don’t have anything to say the staff at the coffeshop always welcomed us with a great smile. The rooms with the balcony are amazing you get to sit and enjoy the view of the city.

Do not rent it. I would not do anything that do not accept cancelations. Bathroom is far away from the bedroom. Checking process is a pain. I try to cancel a few hours after reserve, and I could not do it.

Was pleasantly surprised , had my own room With opening French doors, But a separate bathroom down the hall, worked ok for me but the night time wee was a bit awkward. The room was clean and quiet but had a slight odour so maybe Fabric conditioner would help. Had a fridge in the room for snacks and water. Breakfast was a continental style served by Oscar who was so nice and friendly. The check in window was 2-4 and a guarantor payment needed which I don’t recall on the booking but worked ok. Would stay again as next to metro stop and nice area for walking to too

Not all costs are shown (at least in Expedia's calculation). You have to pay the city tax an extra 14€ per person per night in cash when you arrive, even if you already paid online via Expedia. The 14€ extra fee per person per night is only listed in the details/further information, not even under extra charges.

Your staff is not co operating with the peoples. For example aircondition .due to the timer used it is stoped in the mid night and it disturb our sleep.you should should show all the hidden charges before booking.

Lots of hidden fees. For a small dog I paid 100€. For all our travels it was the most expensive payment. Some hotels did not ask for an extra charge at all, some no more than 30 € for more days. But this is just terrible. The owner is rude and unfriendly. Everything is forbidden, a lot of rules. But at the same time, the condition of the hostel and cleanliness do not match. Also the owner took a 200€ deposit and didn't return it. Walks away from the answer and does not try to solve the problem. Although I am a very neat person and the room was in perfect condition. I do not recommend. For this amount in this area you can find not a dirty hostel with a bunch of extra charges, but a normal hotel with good service.

Este hostal no se lo recommend o a nadie num 1- desde Que llegamos a la direccion donde esta Uvicado no lo encontraba no tiene ninguna señal con el nombre del hostal 2- al encontrarlo subimos y el señor Que nos recibio Que se llama OSCAR muy mal educado por cierto no nos atendio en su reception no dijo pasen por aca para la cocina bueno nos sentamos y le dije tenemos una reservation ok Y comenzo a explications las reglas del hostal primeramente Que no hay toallas gratis le dije si ya usted me habia enviado un mensaje pues yo las traje eso no hay problem’s despues me dijo Que no ibamos a tener aire acondicionado Entonces le dije no no no espera yo te pague para tener mi aire y ahi empezamos a molestarnos mi esposo y yo y el Señor llamado Oscar para q no se les olvide nos dijo Mira aqui el Cliente nunca Va a tener la razon por si piensan Que eso Va a pasar aqui eso no functions aqui y casi ni nos dejaba hablar y le dije sabes q voy a buscar otro hotel y nos dijo pues bajen pa ka Calle q yo tengo muchas cosas Que hacer con tremenda mala forms y le dije puedes creer q no voy a bañar nada hasta Queq lo encuentro y nos quedamos porq yo sabia q no me iba a devolver mi dinero pues decisions quedarnos pues Entonces nos dijo bueno le voy a dar la toalla gratis porq hay q rental’s y cuestan 3 euros por dia y Que iba a tener aire y un deposito de $200 y eso esta horrible y muy pequeño 3- el desayuno horrible el shower con Moho No se Los recommendo 👎

No se nos informó que había que pagar un “impuesto” al turista, el cual resultó ser de 145 euros adicionales que tuvimos que pagar en efectivo y no se nos entregó absolutamente ningún comprobante de respaldo, lo que resulta muy sospechoso. La habitación era pequeña y sin ventilación. Además, el día en que se realizó la limpieza, no fue proporcionada en nuestra habitación, manteniendo las mismas toallas iniciales y el basurero sin cambiar. En resumen, el precio fue extremadamente costoso en relación a las instalaciones ofrecidas.

Ottimo posto per soggiornare pochi giorni. Economico ma con tutto quello che basta. Pulizia ottima. Ottima location situata al centro con la metro L1 ed aereo bus sotto casa. Gentili e disponibili per il check-in fuori orario. L'unica pecca , il bagno troppo piccolo e fuori stanza. Ma a questo prezzo e grazie alla location centrale si può sopportare

La posizione è buona e il personale è stato davvero gentile,,per il resto purtroppo non ci sono note positive; la camera piccolissima,io e il mio compagno avevano difficoltà a muoverci in due, le lenzuola logore,le coperte nell armadio piene di capelli,ci hanno dato due teli viso e un piccolo telo per due a pagamento per 4 notti di soggiorno. L ' acqua calda non sempre c è, una sera non ci siamo potuti lavare con acqua calda ( dopo una giornata intera a camminare ) . Capisco che sia un ostello ,ma ci sono delle basi che vanno rispettate. Non lo consiglio assolutamente.
