A COCKROACH IN MY ROOM!!!! As soon as we got to our room it smelled like cigarrets. You could clearly smell someone was smoking INSIDE the room. We did not complain and opened the door to the terrace to air out a few nights since we’d be out of the room most days anyway. Towards the end it smelled OK but our last night I walk in and I see something crawling in to my tights on the tub in the room. A COCKROACH!!!!! I killed it with the shoe on my feet and called the downstairs immediately! I told them how the room smelled gross and now a cockroach was in here and they said “is it dead? I can’t get you into a room so nothing I can do”. How about come clean it?!?! DISGUSTING!!!!! this place is OLD but charges you like it’s brand new. When we first arrived I also found hair in the mini fridge and when I undid my towel (I thought maybe from the dryer but now I just think this place is simply disgusting!!!!!) Honestly, do not be fooled by the pictures like I was.

Great contemporary design of interior, rooms, and furniture. They have a very popular restaurant that was booked but the only hotel in the world where I have stayed that guests could not get in. Second stay a/c was not working and no instruction on how to ring the front desk and too exhausted to get dressed and go back down to reception. Otherwise wonderful stay! Gentlemen who checked us in both times could not have been nicer!

Building itself clean, inviting. Room furniture needs update. Bed comfortable. Mold on bathroom ceiling. Otherwise good location. Rooftop very pleasant.

Very nice hotel in a great, walkable location. The breakfast was very good, the staff friendly, the room was a little small and quite awkward for luggage, but in very good condition with a good bathroomm.

We loved our stay at the cram, staff were so friendly and helpful and always greeted you with a big smile :)
The only thing was we had booked a room with a balcony, when we went to check in we were told there was 2 rooms available, one with a balcony but it couldn’t be accessed for safety reasons, the other room was without a balcony but slightly bigger so we chose that! However one of the reasons I had booked was because I wanted a balcony :( so slightly disappointing!
The only other thing is there is no tea/coffee making facilities in the room which would have been great but no big deal.
Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Barcelona

The room smelled strange, so shabby that there was no table, no nightstand, and a tall man at the front desk with a terrible attitude , but another two front desk staff were friendly. The hotel is conveniently located . I won’t be staying at this hotel anymore! My room was a superior double room, bad experience there!

Suite room with private terrace and jacuzzi was a really nice space to have to share with a few friends during a long weekend in BCN. Hotel was very friendly and convenient. Would definitely stay at again.

This was sold as a four star hotel with a rooftop bar that would be open and a pool that would be clean, the bar was open a total of two days in our visit, and the Room service was not available most of our time there, this should not be a four star hotel the way things are currently. Will not book again. Room was ok, no coffee maker, there are better and cheaper hotels with better facilities close.
Hotel is centrally located and w/in walking distance of MANY restaurants, shops, mini-markets and main avenues (La Rambla).
Staff was very friendly and hotel was very chill. Rooftop pool is small but cozy. Thank you to Juan (front desk) for being so friendly ;)
My second time here (first time was pre covid).
Very friendly stuff, always greet you when you walk in, rooms are very spacious and clean. We got a larger room I think it’s called superior and it was more like a suit than hotel room. Nice touches like international outlet plugs, lighting is amazing. I think it’s very good for couples and single travelers. They have a rooftop with a cool view that was open all night (it was great since no bars or clubs were open after 1 am.
Also I got early check in and late check out which was a very nice gesture. I will definitely stay here again and again when in Barcelona.
