Clean room, a/c was wonderful for the hot weather, and place was fairly quiet being on the 3rd floor despite being in a very busy area. Elevator worked well and reception was helpful and responsive. Great location for the price!

Absolutely loved our space. The staff was very helpful and the room was super clean. This is one of the best locations to stay at was super convenient for the hop on and hop off bus that there is to do in Barcelona to sightsee plenty of shopping and restaurants around great place with great amenities and great price!

Excellent location in Madrid, close to Metro stations, stores, and restaurants. Management is very responsive. Just make sure that you respond to the message to do the online check in and receive the check instructions.

Floors haven't been mopped in a while but we didn't worry because we were candles in the hotel. Overall really good and you can't beat the location. I'd stay there again.

First realize this is NOT a hotel.. it is a group of individual rooms with bathrooms on the fourth flour of an apartment building. It was very reasonably priced, was clean and has an elevator once you climb half a flight of steps. The location is great and 1 block from the bus to the Airport and walking to the rumbla and gothic section. Once you figure out how to get in, it is fine.. room is a bit small and the tile floor old but clean..let’s say vintage ..but everything else inside was modern. more like a Air bnb room.

Air conditioning works perfect, very clean and quiet at night. Bathroom clean and hot water. This property is not a hotel, but is perfect for the price, and have the best location near plaza de Catalunya.

The only good thing is the location. Everything else is really poor. The location is amazing. You are five minutes walk to everything and most important Catalonia place which means big metro station, bus to the airport, La Rambla, 10 minutes walk to Gothic Quarter,.....etc Another good thing is that the staff genuinely is trying to help but their hands are tied. This property is imply cheap and badly maintained. First thing is there is a horrible smell in the room. My guess is mold. Nothing worked. I tried sprays, I aksed the staff for help, simply nothing helped. Second thing is cleaning the room. There was always hair in the sheets. They do change the sheets everyday, sheets themselves looked clean but there was always hair !! The room itself has no real shelves, no glass cups just plastic, no desks, water pressure is weak, no chairs,..... To make things worse, The elevator didn't work. We have to use the stairs to go up and down the 5 floors every time. 5 days without fixing it,

We stayed in a quadruple room which has two twin beds and one queen. The only thing is that the room never got below 23-24 deg C even when the unit was set lower. It would have been nice to have a microwave or a Nespresso machine. Corte Ingles supermarket is literally across the street that had a whole Nespresso store inside of it. I could have managed cups, sugar, milk and pods. The location was fabulous though to see all the tourist sights within walking distance or by metro. A taxi rank is right near by at Placa de Catalunya. Also, there's no ice machine or way to make ice, which would have been nice. Shower is fantastic.
