“Amazing...”

Amazing hotel, Quiet, but a bit far from the centro.

“Short stay but feels like home.”

We have had 3 wonderful days at the Harris on Sunset. The kids had a ball. Service was second to none and the breakfasts were unbelievable.

“AMAZING!”

Had an amazing stay recently! I went with my friend for the first time, and the hotel staff were always so polite and helpful from the day we got there to the day we left! The room was comfortable, and the pool was so nice! Only bad thing was the location how it was to far to walk to the markets, but you cant help that:)

“out of town”

great hotel and staff,laundry was too expensive,and hotel is a few kms away from kuta needing transport most of the time.24 hr room service was awesome ,would stay again but at harris resort on the beach.

“Kuta”

Nice clean hotel. It was pretty far from any main area, would need to get a taxi. The wifi is also only in the main areas although we could still pick it up in our room, however, you have to reenter the password every 20 mins, kinda annoying. Overall the hotel was nice and seemed new and the pool was very beautiful!

“Sunset Rd stay”

Hotel is a short taxi trip from busy Kuta. It is quiet at the hotel which is nice for sleeping. Lounge area small and lounge not very comfortable. Staff very friendly and always willing to help out. Shuttle bus to shopping areas gets you there at various times of the day. Pool very clean and a good size. Restaurant had variety of food on offer. Supermarket and a few local shops about ten minutes walk.

Excellent hotel. Very unhappy with phone charges...exeburent & charged for calling domestic nos..that were just ringing.

“Comfortable, clean and good value for money.”

Comfortable and clean place. Very good for lock-up and go and provides a good place to rest afterwards as it is quiet, but at the same time it offers all the necessary conveniences like the clean swimming pool, a decent spa, good room and laundry service and a restaurant. Many places in Australia could learn from this hotel how to keep a place clean. Remember where in the World you are though and don't expect not to have a single dripping tap for example. The staff are friendly and honest - my daughter forgot to lock up her iPad a few times and it was there every time when we got back, what I can't say of some other countries in Asia I visited. The location is not ideal for a beach lover but very central for exploring. We had a pre-booked driver every day, but saw that there were always drivers available in front of the hotel and they have a good airport pick-up service. We have made another booking at the same hotel for our next stay in Bali.

“kuta”

This is part of a child friendly hotel chain and is a bit out off the beaten trail, you have to take a taxi to anything. If you have kids it's fine , but if you don't want to hear them running screaming through the hallways you may want to find somewhere else. Staff friendly and helpful.

“Cleanliness issue”

We spent 3 nights at Harris in Sunset Rd (nearby Sushi Tei), Kuta. The staffs and the services were pleasing. But the cleanliness was compromised. The floor was not cleaned properly so still left oily (from the mop's sponge) throughout the room. The bath-up was not clean and left some hair in its pipeline so the water was almost blocked and went out very slow. I certainly did not expect such level of cleanliness for a such new hotel. I stayed on level 5 and somehow in the night, there was some noise from the ceiling and it was from the above level who made the noise, but the ceiling should be brick sticking on the level 6 flooring so it should be sound proof for downstairs (level 5). It was very annoying as the noise was quite loud. However if you have a special deal then it's worth to stay, otherwise please make sure your room is properly cleaned and organized.
