“Fantastic!”

We stayed 6 nights here for our honeymoon and thoroughly enjoyed it. Staff were all exeptionally friendly, rooms were fantastic, food was great and the whole place had a really great atmosphere. It is about a $7 AUD cab fare to Kuta, but there are many great restaurants and massage parlours right across the road. Highly recommended!

“Happy experience at this hotel”

The information given at reception was very helpful and staff were always happy to help with any questions. Upon checking out, I was offered a room to shower before leaving for my flight home. All service given was always with a wonderful smile and nothing was too much trouble. Room service was also very good even when we arrived late at night they were happy to serve us something to eat.

“Review on Grand Mirage Resort, Nusa Dua”

We were very impressed with the hotel and found the staff to be very friendly. We had to have two rooms with an adjoining door for a family of 4, but it worked very well. The pool area was lovely and never seemed to be too busy.

“Fantastic Resort”

Hotel was fantastic. Was very clean and even had our towels changed 2 or 3 times a day. Food was fantastic, as was the service.

Excellent hotel, very clean, fantastic place for families. The buffet breakfast was exceptional with a wide variety of food. The staff are very friendly and hospitable. Great place for children with a kids club, pool and playground.We are definitely coming back. Most enjoyable place to stay.

“Serenity, relaxing and total tonic for oneself.”

Having stayed at Grand Mirage 3 times now, each experience has been delightful. We love the area and situation of the hotel, near to locals but not too much hussell and bussell. The hotel staff are most friendly and all to ready to please. Having gone all inclusive this time was beneficial as we had a total rest around the hotel daily and experienced more of the in-house restaurants and bar and music in the evenings. Having the choice between bathing in the pool or the sea is such a bonus and to relax and sunbathe inbetween such a privilege. We have viewed a Wedding by sheer chance last year and it was soo nicely put together. I experienced treatments at the Thalasso Spa this time and absolutely loved the serenity. We would love to take all our five children, partners and grand-children back and know we will frequent Grand Mirage as much as we can.

“Relaxing holiday experience”

During our stay their were many families from a wide variety of nationalities also staying at the hotel. The hotel managment provided a wide range of activities to entertain children and youth, with little disturbance to those of us beyond taking family on holiday. The cuisine in the restaurants caterers for all cultures, wityh plenty of choice and quality. The servicing of rooms was also excellent and staff most helpful. The hotel is located in a quiet, peaceful location. Hotel security was excellent, with a constant presence keeping beach hawkers from hassling patrons. Would stay again and recommend to others wanting a pleasant and safe holiday experience.

We had the best stay at this hotel staff were so friendly and helpfull our room was very comfortable and had a great view. Any issues were delt with immediately. Restaurants were fantastic could not fault the food. Peacefull wonderfull holiday we will be back next year and highly recommend The Grand Mirage. WELL DONE
