"Beautiful Ancient Egyptian design and décor 5 star"
The hotel is impressive, the design and décor stunning. Our room was large and well designed. The Staff were simply the best - professional, welcoming and very friendly. The amenities were the best. From buffet breakfast to afternoon high tea the food was of a very high standard. We cannot fault this hotel in any way. In particular we would mention Khim (the reception manager) and Keen (the front doorman). Khim was very accommodating and more than helpful and Keen was delightful and very attentive.
We would and will come back to this hotel without a moment's hesitation.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights for my 30th birthday. We were amazed at the pure luxury throughout the hotel and the quality of the service too. Staff were extremely friendly and couldn't be anymore helpful. The variation in restaurants was very impressive and all food sampled was to the highest quality. We would recommend this hotel to anybody and would love to stay here again.

One & Only The Palm is amazing. Quiet, luxurious, exclusive and made to feel very welcome. This price of this hotel is worth every penny. We had a premier room in one of the mansions and it was one of the best double rooms we have ever stayed in.

Still the hotel of a choice in Dubai but the exclusivity is fading somewhat. Minor issues start to appear (e.g. the shower heads in our room didn't work properly and water temperature difficult to keep). For that sort of money, Al Qasr located next door might be a more sensible option.

We had a very relaxing 7 night stay, days spent by the childrens pool, eating and drinking, then sleeping - it was beginning of September so too hot to do a lot of sightseeing or walking around the promenade or marina.

I booked this hotel as a surprise trip for my husbands 50th birthday. From the moment we checked in the staff have been great, never too busy to help you and very polite.
The facilities at the hotel including the use of the water park are great.
We had an ocean facing room which was massive, very clean and we couldn't fault it at all.
They even left a bottle of bubbles and a large chocolate cake to celebrate my husbands birthday which we thought was a lovely touch and very much appreciated.
