"My son loved all the activists as he jet skied, when to swim with the dolphins and did the water park. He love eating Infront of the fish tanks. The staff were excellent and so was the room. The hotel has to be a 7 stars. The balcony from the room was breath taking as we were on the 15th floor. The room was to die for. One of the best I have stayed in and I have been many places and in many rooms for work."

The property is absolutely stunning — from the elegant design to the immaculate rooms and beautiful amenities, everything truly reflects luxury. The food, ambiance, and overall atmosphere made my stay feel special and memorable. After visiting Dubai before and staying at other hotels, If I had one suggestion, it would be for the staff to be just a bit more attentive. While everyone was polite and professional, there were a few moments where quicker or more proactive service would have elevated the experience from great to exceptional. It’s the little hi or hello when passing that makes it more warm and friendly. With that said, I had a wonderful stay, highly recommend and would happily return. With a bit more attentiveness from the team, this hotel would easily be a perfect 5-star experience. "

"This place is wonderful. Staff very accommodating for an early check in with an upgraded suite. Restaurant with views of Burj Khalifa. Pool is really nice. Close to museum of the future and doormen are great to get taxi"
