"Hotel was lovely. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location convenient for central train station and for metro. Was expecting the renovations to be complete by our stay but they weren't, meaning the service lift had to be used which wasn't ideal. No obvious way to stop the cleaners come in each day unless you are in the room, so toiletries and and towels refreshed when not always needed, could be more eco friendly."

Although check-in was not until 2 pm, the staff stored our luggage for us so that we did not have to lug it around Rome for the day. "This was second time to stay here. Next to Manzoni station. Colosseum is in 15 minutes walk. Busy area but did not hear noise. Reception is friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious. Value for money. We stayed in few hotels in Rome before, this is the best one so far. Unfraternally, a kettle did not work at one of my family's room. No big deal."
