The public areas are stunning and we were upgraded to deluxe rooms with fruit, slippers and gorgeous robes. Every evening at 7pm you can get a glass of champagne and see the bartender take the top off the bottle with a sabre! The breakfast was a real treat too.
This was by far the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in - could not fault it!! My room was divine and hotel amenities / facilities were everything you would expect from a Hilton Hotel. The service from staff was exceptional - made me feel like a VIP!! Some of the extras (e.g. In-Room Service) seemed a bit expensive, but honestly, it's worth every penny to experience this place. Highly recommended!!!
There are many good places to eat near the hotel and it was easy to get taxis whenever we needed one. Less than ten minutes from the train station and only a block away from the Hard Rock Cafe of Rome. Very close to a large park.
This is a great hotel. From the moment we arrived the staff were nothing but friendly and helpful. Our room was on the second floor and overlooked the Via Vettorio Veneto. The room was spacious and light. It had everything we needed as well as a double soundproof internal door to really block out any internal hotel noise.
The Hotel is just up from the Barberini Metro Station and under a 10 minute walk to the Spanish Steps.
Stayed 3 nights in a junior suite which was very spacious with a modern high end finish and a funky end of bed bath!
The restaurant, bar and breakfast are served on the 7th floor alongside the swimming pool with a great view of local life below.
Staff in restaurant area where a mixed bag of very professional to didn't have a clue or didn't care, maybe less time chatting to each other and more time serving wouldn't go a miss!
Be prepared for a few 15min cab rides or metro if you want to visit the tourist spots as its a bit further out of town.
Overall I would be more than happy to recommend to others and indeed would return and possibly try out the hotel spa.

Located in the heart of Rome near the Termini railway Station, this hotel is 30 minutes by express train to Fiumicino Airport …More
From the impressive lobby, right to the moment entering the room for the first time everything was a wow moment, the room exceeded expectations and started the trip well seeing my girlfriend so happy with the room, then when we realised we had the balcony room too that was a proper added bonus! while the room wasn't ready (as we were slightly early) we went to the roof top to have a meal which was amazing too (the only disappointment was the restaurant on roof was closed on the sunday evening) The staff more than accommodating. A real experience from start to finish thats the proper way to see rome too!
Edwardian Hotel in amazing condition, it was even better than the photographs. The staff were not especially friendly, the same staff seemed to be on duty most of the time. The gentleman in charge at breakfast was the most pleasant and very efficient, breakfast was more than ample in a beautiful Edwardian dining room. Lovely white bed linen and towels. I would recommend going up to the roof terrace for a cocktail, expensive but lovely view of the Basilica opposite and the Spanish steps. We had a room facing the main street and the was live music on the pavement outside every evening which we enjoyed. We took the tour bus of the City, but catch the first one to ensure a seat upstairs. The city taxi's to and from the airport have a set charge which is displayed on the door & very reasonable. There were plenty of Taxi's from outside the Hotel, make sure to only use the one's with a badge on the door & a meter.
