The desk manager is welcoming. I was shown to my room readily, the room being and well laid out. For a woman travelling alone, I heartily recommend this hotel. The lobby and all common areas are comfortable, clean, and above all present as safe. The room service manager also keeps in mind the comfort of her guests. She brought me flowers after my first day.
The neighborhood of the hotel is quite appealing as well. I book a second stay at the Cardinal Hotel St Peter, and toward the end of the stay, my mother will be joining me. I only recommend hotels of high caliber (either a well deserving 3* or higher) as a place for my mother, a retired educator, to enjoy. I am very much looking forward to our joint stay at the 4* rated Hotel Cardinal St Peter.
There are many good places to eat near the hotel and it was easy to get taxis whenever we needed one. Less than ten minutes from the train station and only a block away from the Hard Rock Cafe of Rome. Very close to a large park.
Very good location near the railway station "Termini" and close the the Coliseum. Nice, clean and with very friendly staff. Fantastic roof top pool and restaurant area. Reception and rooms was "different" in an interesting way. Our room was exceptionally large. Had a great time with family.

From the impressive lobby, right to the moment entering the room for the first time everything was a wow moment, the room exceeded expectations and started the trip well seeing my girlfriend so happy with the room, then when we realised we had the balcony room too that was a proper added bonus! while the room wasn't ready (as we were slightly early) we went to the roof top to have a meal which was amazing too (the only disappointment was the restaurant on roof was closed on the sunday evening) The staff more than accommodating. A real experience from start to finish thats the proper way to see rome too!
Right from the start staff were very friendly and helpful - from check-in to checkout. The hotel location is excellent, within easy walking distance of all the major attractions (5 minutes from the Spanish steps). Breakfast was well worth it - a spread of typical Italian foods in a stunning room. The room itself was lovely, opening onto a courtyard and just big enough. We had a great time - 4 days in Rome and well worth it!.
