The Palace tower was beautiful. Our room had a great layout and beautiful esthetic. Views are scenic no matter which direction the room faces. Breakfast buffet was delicious and bonus was that the kids under 12 had free breakfast if they were accompanied by an adult. Pools were large and the kids enjoyed the water slides. Loved walking around the property and exploring the landscape/sights, dolphins, ponds with sea creatures, getting a Dole Whip, etc. The only unfortunate part was that we were only visiting the resort for one night so did not have enough time to see everything. Would love to come back!

Nice looking hotel and clean. Gym is good. Service is generally good. Valet staff was 7/10 and timing turn down service is very inconsistent otherwise would have been excellent. Transportation to and from hotel is challenging if you don’t have a car. Overall very good hotel

Hotel was good location and had choices of food and shopping close by. Our last night there had two power outages but hotel couldn't even give one resort fee back. Our first night the air conditioner didn't work and was moved next day where it worked great. Liked the ocean view room. The Concierge (Denise) was outstanding helping us out with Luau, Pearl Harbor, and island tour. Would stay again.

The staffs were very nice. The rooms were neat with beautiful views. But most of my shows were canceled. For example the Luau show was canceled, no extra activities were created indoor for other intertainments. No welcome activities for the new guests. After that everything was well.

Great property, location, staff, upkeep, room etc. This is a pricey choice but in my opinion we got our money's worth. All rooms are good size and very updated and have balconies. Staff was attentive, water was provided daily as well as some small goodies. The beach is very small but other beaches are close. The location is spot on Waikiki, an easy walk to the main street and all its amenities, tour busses, restaurants etc.

We feel right at home at the Royal Hawaiian. We will not stay anywhere else. The hospitality and kindness of the staff are beyond perfect. Many of the staff have worked there for many many years and we enjoy seeing them every time we go. They obviously must treat the employees as well as they do the patrons!

Nice resort. Staff was mixed, some very helpful and nice, but others not so much. I do wish there were a couple more food options, the few places all had the same mix of items. It was really crowded at times throughout the stay. Room was nice, but quite small. Had a nice trip overall.
