The hotel is updated and very clean. The food at the buffets is mediocre but the à la carte restaurants are better. The staff at the buffets are ok but you have to track them down to ask for some coffee and drinks. The beach was beautiful just wish there was more drink service at the beach especially if you’re in the “luxury” part of the resort. My biggest problem is that I purchased this resort from expedia because it said VIP, which in the past they have honored and I have gotten an upgrade in the room and discounts at the spa, this time they offered me nothing and said because I was a “blue VIP” I didn’t qualify. This “VIP” classification is misleading and I will not be using expedia again to buy my future resort stays.

Fantastic vacation !! The only downside was making dinner reservations was IMPOSSIBLE. The buffet was amazing ! Everything fresh and something new every time. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating ! The beach was immaculate and gorgeous !!
