Stayed four nights at Mantra Samui and had a wonderful time. The room was very spacious and comfortable, and the facilities were fantastic - great gym, beautiful pool area, lovely restaurant, and a nice onsite spa. While we didn’t find it an overly social place (a lot of couples doing their own thing), it was definitely a great place to unwind, relax, and take in the view. I would definitely stay here again!

Room was spotless and all amenities were working well. Only downside was that it was slightly small for a family of 4, but not a big issue. The one thing that stands outs more than anything is the amazing customer service. The resort was great and in the perfect location for nearby restaurants, bars and shopping centres and markets.

The property is great clean and bed is comfortable sea lovely to swim. Issues limited area for sun decks on the beach and the steps to the beach could do with safety rail.

Staying at Napasai was the best decision ever! Beautifully designed resort with private beach that’s very clean and blue! And most importantly the personalized hospitality of the staff, especially Fresh and Ae! They truly made our stay special and even brought flowers to my daughter when she wasn’t feeling well.
