We loved our stay at the Prama. Room was big with a nice balcony and we had garden views, a little bit of a walk to breakfast and the pools, but we didn’t mind. Breakfast was abundant and choices changed every 2nd day. Novi one of the waitresses was so helpful and very accommodating. Pool is large and deep, very refreshing. Service around pool area can be a tad slow, but still the staff were friendly and helpful. I did ask one of the male front desk staff if we could have more water or was there a water machine we could fill up our bottles, but he told me to go to the minimart and buy some, but I left a note for the cleaning staff and they happily left us extra for the remainder of our trip.
The location is more south, but we found many yummy places to eat and all in walking distance. We would definitely stay again.

Everything was beautiful at Maya Sanur - our rooom was lovely, the service excellent, everyone so happy and helpful. We got an upgrade for which we were so grateful for. Access to the promenade, beach and getting around sanur was easy - would definitely stay again x

Yes, the room was always thoroughly cleaned. We had fresh towels every day. Room spotless, cannot fault the cleanliness. The amenities like the pools were a great relief from the heat and humidity. Staff super friendly and helpful.
