Great stay with my kids! Our flight arrived early, and even though check-in wasn’t until 4 PM, the front desk was able to accommodate us with early check-in, which we really appreciated. The room and hotel were clean and well maintained. We also used the luggage storage service for a small fee after checkout since our flight wasn’t until later that evening, which was very convenient. The only downside was some additional fees that we weren’t aware of ahead of time. Overall, a pleasant stay and would recommend.

Very pretty, big terrace and bathtub. Friendly staff and housekeeping. One block from wine and Central Park. Thank you

Staff were lovely, helpful and pleasant. Turndown service way too late, though—9:45 might catch some guests sleeping.

Staff warm, & welcoming, bar, great breakfast, & restaurant lovely, don’t miss coffee at the bar in the morning & Friday with the Martinis piano singers.

staff was great. only complaints is room is small, low water pressure, and traffic noise is loud. but its nyc.
