Fort Lee - Paramus Waterpark Holidays

Good service and great location for my needs. Appreciated the ability to make my own breakfast downstairs on my own time. Great system of checking out food, etc.

Property is in a reasonably safe neighborhood, reasonably clean, a little outdated with loose fixtures and broken coffee maker but I wasn't there for the amenities, I was there to have a place to lay my head and that's what it provided at a reasonable cost

It was a bit smaller than expected because so much of the information about the hotel is wrapped up in the resort. However, it is in Manhattan after all and that's kind of how things go there. The staff was welcoming, answered all of our questions and provided us with free water when we arrived too. The rooms are kind of small and the view from our window wasn't spectacular but it was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was not included in the initial cost for the room, unfortunately, which ran us over $250 a person per night. I do wish the bar stayed open a little later than 11 pm too! It was closed by the time we came back to the hotel for the night. The location of the hotel is pretty nice, time square being roughly 20 minutes walking distance. When compared to other prices around Manhattan it's a decent midway point.

The rooms were quiet and clean every day. Front desk staff in the evening is very friendly and attentive. Not the typical breakfast from most hotels but it was good options of breakfast. Hot coffee, water and tea all day in the lobby is a plus! We had an issue with our safe at first due to batteries but the staff quickly resolved the issue. We felt safe in the area and had a subway stop very very close. We would def stay here again!

Everything about the stay was wonderful — the upscale amenities, the room, and the excellent customer service. I do need to share one concern: a dinner charge for another guest was mistakenly billed to my room number. It seems the staff should verify guests more carefully when using room numbers. I didn’t notice the error until I reviewed the printed receipt at home. They are currently investigating, but the refund process has been taking longer than expected.

The entire room and bathroom is small so it's a good option if you don't expect to stay in the hotel for long. The room has dings on the wall and the bathroom shower floor had stains that don't seem to get out. There were some areas that seem like they normally aren't cleaned. The breakfast was good with a decent variety of food. It does get pretty packed. The hotel is about 5 minutes from the subways and close enough to Times Square/ Broadway shows that there are always people walking around late at night. It's a good location if you want to be near Times Square and the surrounding areas and you won't expect to be in the hotel room for long.
