Very clean property and room, the bathroom in the room was spotless, fully-stocked mini bar, all-you-can-eat buffets throughout the day, friendly staff... This was a great place to stay. It is overwhelming at first, but ask for a map of the facility and it will all make sense. I would absolutely recommend this resort if you are looking at these reviews.

We got food poisoning while we were there. The pool with the bar there had a film sitting on top of the water. They came and cleaned are room took our dirty wash clothes and didn’t give new ones. They took our pillow cases and didn’t give us new ones. Food wasn’t good. Some of the staff was rude.

This is our second trip to Royalton! We enjoyed our honeymoon and our butler Antonio was amazing. The room was clean, swim out pool was clean and always had friendly service at the bars and restaurants! 10/10!
