This is from my twelve year old daughter: The Spa was very chill and relaxing. The Sauna was very hot and enjoyable, while the cold bath was refreshing. I think it is a great place for a vacation. I highly recommend it.

Wonderful hotel near Shinagawa Station! Highly suggest. This was our first hotel in Japan and was such a perfect landing space. The staff was helpful, the room was well arranged (and roomy), overall facility was perfect for us. AND it was only a short walk to a super busy station, so it was easy to get around! Stay here - splurge on a corner room - start your trip off right like we did!

I wasn’t overly impressed. The rooms were in need of improvement. The entrance to this hotel is really confusing because it’s embedded into a shopping mall and metro station. There’s much nicer hotels in Osaka in this price range.
