Great hotel close to the airport. They really go above the expected for families. The play area in the lobby, colouring in the rooms. Staff was pleasant, check in was smooth. Beds were comfy. Would return.

The staff was great. The building is jewel. The only thing we found the bathroom was small and lacked hooks to hang towels an robes. Also the hight of the bathtub was difficult to get in and out. The carpet was stained.

It was disappointing to see so many guests trying to check in slightly early but everyone being told no until a magical time occurred. It was as if every room suddenly became available at 2:30pm for every guest - no room was available to any of the six people in lobby before then… if you truly want to put guests at the heart of everything you do, you can do better than this - this left a poor initial impression. Hotel otherwise was pretty good
