Great apartment style rooms, full kitchen, washing machine and dryer, full size fridge. Club rooms are newer and higher floors, I was on 61. Great views, shopping in Miracle Mile shops and Planet Hollywood for casino action. Been staying here every visit for the last 6 years, fantastic staff and service

The property is in one of the many half-empty towers in the center. The location was convenient. There were two reception desks and it was not clear how many agencies and services were renting apartments there. The apartment was spacious, had a washer and a drier, a serviceable kitchen and the elevators worked well.

Breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent. Felt like a resort. We had a partial ocean view room and the balcony view was amazing, as was the room. The staff was wonderful. However the person who assisted with checkout at the desk was not very friendly. It felt a little like he thought I didn’t belong there. I would definitely stay there again. Valet parking only, for $50 a day but the booking info said onsite parking options include a garage.

Good size room and clean. A/C worked wonderfully as did blackout curtains. Bed and pillows comfy. Was worried about outside noise due to Times Square location but it was a non issue. Bell hops were friendly and timely with bags. Some small negatives: bathroom frosted glass door shines bright light into room at night (if not staying alone) and no fan; pretty noisy from neighbors and doors slamming (glad I had ear plugs); was surprised at check-in they needed multiple ids and cc swiped twice.

Really lovely upgrade from the Confidant hotel to the Andaz. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful in every way. Room was clean and spacious and loved the beach and pool service as well. Take a yoga or pilates class on the roof if you can - the view is amazing!

Everything was perfect except for the fact that they charged more money on my card than expected.

Loved the property. Great rooms, balconies are great, clean and beautiful

The room was clean but the bed was a little uncomfortable. The lady that checked me in had an attitude because I couldn’t hear here thru the thick glass. The man that checked me out was kind and spoke loud and clear. Overall not a bad stay.

Good property, great that parking is included, nice staff

A lot of noise . Seems like it may be an hourly hotel, lots of movement at all hours of day & night.
