Lovely hotel close to the Tube and great restaurants.

Very impressed with this hotel, great location as close to most things and public transport. Room very clean and quiet, comfortable bed and had all you need . Breakfast buffet was a lovely surprise , lots of choice and everything fresh. The only negative thing I can say is hotel is over 2 buildings so took a few times to learn my way around. I shall look forward to my next stay

I loved the Hotel Riu London Westminister. The hotel was clean, secure, and provided a nice breakfast in the morning. The hotel was situated about 10-15 minutes walking distance from the london subway station. It was within walking distance to Big Ben, Parliament, Westminster Abbey, and other tourist sites. The hotel made Uber access very easy for its guests. The staff was very helpful and responded to requests very quickly. However, I wish the hotel had a restaurant that provided dinner service. The closest restaurants were within 10 minutes walking distance. After a long day of touring, it was tiring to have to walk 10-15 minutes to locate a place to have dinner. Despite this, I would choose to stay at the Hotel Riu London Westminister when I returm to London.

The hotel wifi is terrible and intermittent. The bathrooms are horrific. No full length mirror in the room, no outlets in the bathroom so you have to use the dryers in a dark corner of the room. The lighting in the bathroom is also AWFUL so we left the house never knowing what we looked like each day. The food in the restaurant is completely unremarkable. Even though WiFi extenders are widely available, they’ll never get it for you. The cast to TV will not work since you can’t stay on the wifi. Do better.

Room was clean. Daily housekeeping, turndown service and free water. Full gym with squad racks and dumbbells. Helpful staff to bring you shaving kit, dental kit, etc. HMDI plugin requires help from staff. Great location! Not exactly sure what VIP gets you. Normally, I get a meal discount voucher or a bottle of free champagne but I didn’t receive of these from this hotel.
