The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. I appreciated their hospitality. The building was a bit old and looked a bit worn. However, the location was excellent. The staff were very friendly and made me feel very welcome.

Was in a two room suite for more than 5 days. It’s on the expensive side (using Vietnamese standards) For that, you get slightly more space than the cramped guest rooms in smelly Old Quater hotels. But visiting tourist attractions takes a slightly more time and negligible Grab ride cost. So budget your time accordingly. Inside room amenities are all there but quite old.(my shower head had about 1/2 of water nozzles blocked by years of mineral and calcium build up). Hallways had old dingy carpeting and had bit of an odor. Restaurant food didn’t look appetizing. (Much better food options outside). Service when requested was prompt and genuine.

It was nice staying there. Apartment was spacious, modern and well equiped. Manager Bruce and reception staff was very nice. House keeping was not good though. They didn’t clean room daily or when they did not properly. Overall it was a good experience.
